New store opening hours

Our Community Comes First At Coach we care deeply about our community and doing what we can to keep our customers and employees safe at this unprecedented time. As we continue to monitor and respond to the rapidly changing situation caused by Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made a decision to limit our hours of operation. Effective today through 3.27, Coach stores in the United States and Canada will be open from 12pm – 7pm daily. In addition to cleaning more frequently during the day, at this time, we are also thoroughly cleaning our stores each night. Going forward, we will be making more tailored decisions regarding individual store closures based on local circumstances. To limit inconvenience as the situation evolves, please call your local store to confirm its hours of operation before you plan a visit. And, you can always find us 24/7 at coachoutlet.com. Taking care of our customers and our community is our primary focus right now and I want to reassure you that all Coach employees will continue to receive pay for all hours they have been scheduled to work.
